One-on-One Packages | Ongoing 1:1 coaching designed to support clarity, self-trust, and intentional decision-making. Clients often bring topics such as leadership challenges, major life transitions, identity shifts, or divorce-related decision-making into the work. This is not legal advice or mediation, but coaching support to help you stay grounded and clear in high-stakes situations.
Energy Leadership™ Index (ELI) Assessment | The ELI assessment is available as a standalone experience or as part of a coaching package. It offers insight into how you show up under stress and in everyday situations, and provides a shared framework that deepens self-awareness and supports intentional change.
Focused Deep-Dive Session (120 minutes) | A single, extended 1:1 coaching session for moments that call for dedicated space—such as a significant decision, a turning point, or a complex situation you want to work through in depth. This session can stand alone or complement ongoing coaching.
I began my career as a registered nurse, working in environments where presence, discernment, and the ability to stay grounded under pressure mattered deeply. That experience shaped how I listen, how I respond in moments of uncertainty, and how seriously I take people’s lived realities. Wanting a broader understanding of leadership and systems, I went on to earn my MBA from Rice University and spent the next decade working in consulting.Today, I work independently as a coach and consultant, supporting people who are thoughtful, capable, and navigating moments of change. My background allows me to bring both strategic perspective and deep attentiveness to the work we do together. I’m especially attuned to situations that feel layered, relational, or difficult to talk through on your own.Alongside my professional life, I’m also a mother of two young children and have navigated significant life transitions, including divorce. Those experiences have deepened my understanding of identity, resilience, and the quiet recalibration that often accompanies change. They also continue to shape how I hold space for others during periods of uncertainty or redefinition.I don’t believe meaningful change comes from fixing yourself or pushing harder. I believe it comes from understanding what’s actually shaping your choices, reconnecting with self-trust, and moving forward with clarity and intention. My role is to create a steady, thoughtful space where that kind of clarity can emerge at a pace that feels grounded and sustainable.
